Job Description

The MOE Imaging Support Officers - Level two will provide day-to-day support for the preparation, imaging, deployment, and return of ICT hardware assets.

They ensure efficient service to end users across the Department, including remote and regional locations, while maintaining compliance with tracking and security requirements.

This role is responsible for raising and processing shipping consignments using COPE and StarTrack portals.

Pack outbound shipments and receive inbound ICT consignments.

Image and configure new laptops, desktops, and high-spec devices for deployment.

Resolve ICT service requests and incidents logged in ServiceNow.

Main Responsibilities:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Understanding of warranty processes and ability to initiate claims with vendors such as Dell and HP.
  • Knowledge of ICT asset lifecycle management, including SIM card verification, drive wiping, and updating retirement status.
