System Hardware Specialist Role

As a seasoned System Hardware Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the entire lifecycle of deployed mission systems.

Job Description:
  • You will contribute to designing and testing hardware components, ensuring they meet robust and secure capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage complex IT systems for release.
  • Design schematics, layouts, and specifications for hardware components.
  • Ensure compliance with standards and performance requirements.
  • Produce and review technical documentation.
  • Collaborate across teams to resolve issues and manage risks.
Required Qualifications:
  • Linux OS automation and administration expertise.
  • Hardware testing, diagnostics, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Communications systems, sensors, and telecom networks knowledge.
  • Cyber operations and toolsets experience.
  • ISM compliance for hardware configuration understanding.
  • WHS compliance and safety practices adherence.
  • IT and/or cyber security domain expertise.
Additional Requirements:
  • Mid-Senior level expertise in system design.
  • Full-time employment commitment.
