Job Title: Sustainability and Inclusion Strategist

About the Role:

This is a key leadership position that drives the evolution and implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies across global operations. The role involves collaboration with senior leadership teams, regional HR functions, clients, and community organisations to ensure inclusive practices are embedded throughout the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Global DEI Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive DEI strategy aligned with corporate objectives, ESG goals, and client expectations.
  • Track and Analyze Metrics: Develop and track DEI metrics to inform programs and reporting on impact.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Analyse global trends and benchmarking to ensure alignment with best practices.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with legislative requirements, including Workplace Gender Equality Agency and Disability Inclusion Acts.
  • Advise on Policies: Advise on policies and standards to reflect leading DEI practices.

We are seeking an experienced professional with 7+ years of experience in leadership roles focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Ideal candidates will have demonstrated expertise in cultural safety, gender equity, Indigenous engagement, and fostering inclusive workplace practices.
