Job Title: Full Time or Part Time Kindergarten Teacher

**Job Summary:**

Tradewind Australia is seeking a qualified Kindergarten Teacher for a position at an Orthodox Jewish College (K-12) in Dover Heights, NSW. The college's curriculum integrates Jewish traditions, enriching the Early Learning Centre (ELC) environment through play-based learning.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to individual learner needs, collaborating with other teachers and specialist staff in the College.
  • Provide a safe and inclusive environment that promotes the cognitive, physical, emotional, social, and intellectual well-being of all students.
  • Work closely with parents to ensure the progress and development of their children.
  • Participate in the creation, development, and evaluation of curriculum, with a focus on Jewish tradition.
  • Stay informed about current trends, teaching practices, and curriculum developments by remaining in contact with relevant associations and other professional networks.
  • Keep confidential records and promote the centre professionally.
  • Actively participate in the integrated team, ensuring compliance with policies, Child Safe Standards, and the Australian Early Childhood Association Code of Ethics.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor of Education - Early Childhood Education (or ACEQUA equivalency)
  • Current NESA registration and WWCC
  • Previous/current experience as a Kindergarten Teacher in Australia
  • Satisfactory Police and Working with Children checks
