About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Centenary Heights. As an Inclusion Support Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and inclusive environment for our children, supporting their learning and development, and working collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging and inclusive learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children
  • Work closely with our Senior Educators and Educational Leader to ensure the delivery of exceptional educational outcomes
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote a culture of inclusion and respect
  • Provide high-quality care and education to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
  • Collaborate with our team to create a positive and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development

Requirements
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check
