Support Worker Position

This is a permanent part-time role offering flexible work schedules with rotating roster options.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide support to improve independence by assisting with living skills, transport, social activities, medication, and personal care. You will also be responsible for keeping customer records up to date using online systems and developing professional relationships with people, families, caregivers, and key stakeholders.

Requirements
  1. Appropriate certificate level qualification in Disability or Community Services / individual support or R equivalent relevant experience in the human services industry.
  2. Valid NSW Drivers C class licence, with the ability to drive vehicles in licence class, including large cars and vans.
  3. Must be fit to undertake the physical requirements of customer support, including the capacity to lift 10 kilograms unassisted.
  4. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and other common systems.
Benefits
