Medical Administrative Specialist

We are seeking a skilled medical administrator to provide administrative support to our team.
About the Role:- Provide data entry and database management services
- Support senior administrators in their duties
- Manage client referrals, quotes, and job assignments
- Perform ad hoc data entry and administrative tasks
- Support workforce planning practices
- Maintain facilities and ensure a welcoming environment for clients
- Support committees, meetings, and company leaders
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Accurate and efficient data entry and database management
- Adaptability to work with mobile staff and cloud-based systems
- Understanding/experience with funding/insurance schemes (NDIS, Medicare, DVA, etc.)
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in the medical industry or community service setting
- Tertiary qualification in Medical Administration or Business
