The successful candidate will collaborate closely with partners and colleagues in a supportive and stimulating environment, fostering their knowledge and skill set in both compliance and advisory services.
Main Responsibilities- Preparing and reviewing financial statements, supplier payment batches and business activity reports
- Preparing and reviewing payroll data, instalment activity reports and payroll tax returns
- Undertaking reviews of client finance functions, project managing and executing finance function transitions
- Supervising a team of bookkeepers and accountants
- Mentoring junior staff and successfully managing workflow
- Maintaining and establishing positive relationships with colleagues and clients
- Liaising with various service providers and statutory authorities on behalf of clients
- Ensuring tasks are completed effectively by meeting technical standards and deadlines
- Ensuring clients are aware of their compliance obligations
