Job Title: Team AdministratorAbout this role:

We are seeking a motivated and positive administrative professional to support our Private Advisory team in Adelaide. This is a diverse and fast-paced role with key responsibilities including general administrative duties, organisation of training and meetings, client onboarding and offboarding, completion of ATO lodgements, and database management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • General administrative duties such as filing, scanning, managing daily mail, processing invoices for accounts payable and reception cover
  • Support with organisation of training and meetings, including room bookings, setup and catering arrangements
  • Client onboarding and offboarding
  • Completion of ATO lodgements, preparation of correspondence and other documentation
  • Assist the National Corporate Secretarial team with collating ASIC company annual review statements and attending to basic ASIC company changes (training will be provided)
  • Database and system management - update Salesforce CRM, Xero and other systems
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in either an administrative or support position
  • Conscientious with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
  • Strong communication skills, with a positive approach to teamwork and ability to collaborate with and manage expectations of various stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Microsoft Teams
