About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Pilot Plant Operator to join our team in Melbourne, Australia. As a Pilot Plant Operator, you will play a critical part in ensuring the stable expansion of our production capabilities.
You will be responsible for executing different manufacturing and fabrication processes, including chemical mixing, laboratory equipment/ fabrication machinery operations. You will also support and execute laboratory/ pilot plant housekeeping, as well as preventive maintenance procedures for assigned equipment and machinery.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing technology company that manufactures and sells plug-and-play systems designed to separate and recover hydrogen and other gases at petrochemical plants and refineries.
Responsibilities:- Execute manufacturing and fabrication processes, including chemical mixing and laboratory equipment operations.
- Support laboratory/ pilot plant housekeeping and preventive maintenance procedures.
- Oversee the correct and safe usage of manufacturing and fabrication machinery and equipment.
Additional responsibilities include preparing and manufacturing sub-modules, overseeing module production quality documentation and records, and working with a team of engineers and chemists to streamline the membrane scale-up process with pilot system integration.
