Job Description
  • Design and Implement Quality Strategies
    • Develop and execute quality control plans to ensure high-quality products and services.
  • Monitor and Analyze Quality Data
    • Collect and analyze quality control data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Consult and Mentor on Complex IT Systems
    • Utilize expertise in complex IT systems to consult, mentor, and audit high-value programs and projects.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives
    • Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
  • Ensure Quality Integration
    • Ensure quality control is integrated into the development process of all products and is aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Development Teams
    • Collaborate with development project teams and stakeholders to enhance product reliability.
The Successful Applicant
  • Required Qualifications
    • 5+ years of professional experience in quality management, alongside in-depth knowledge of quality control processes, procedures, and policies.
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • A Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field. Certifications in ISO 9001/TickIT, BS 15000/ITIL, and CMMI Level 2/3 are highly preferred.
  • Key Skills
    • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.
    • High-level problem-solving skills alongside excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time.
    • Excellent analytical skills for data analysis and trend identification.
