- Planung und Steuerung von Instandhaltungs- und Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen
- Ausschreibung, Verhandlung und Vergabe von Leistungen in der Wartung und Instandhaltung
- Regelmäßige Objektbegehungen zur Feststellung notwendiger Instandhaltungs- und Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen
- Kontrolle und Abnahme von Handwerkerleistungen bei Instandhaltungs- / Instandsetzungsarbeiten
- Unterstützung und Mitwirkung bei der Budget- und Investitionsplanung sowie bei der Investitionssteuerung für Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
- Führen der nachweispflichtigen Dokumentationen
- Prüfung und Freigabe der Auftragsrechnungen
- Erfassung und Pflege der Gebäudedaten sowie der Informationen zum Bestand
- Durchführung von Betriebsanweisungen, Übernahmen, Abnahme- und Wartungsprotokollen, deren Aktualisierung und die zentrale Ablage/Archivierung
- Umsetzung und Überwachung der Instandhaltung und Wartung am Standort Au
- Die Aufgabenverantwortung erstreckt sich über alle Standorte der SÜDVERS in Deutschland, damit verbunden ist eine entsprechende Reisetätigkeit
- Übernahme der disziplinarischen Verantwortung für die zugeordneten Mitarbeitenden
Wir suchen nach einem engagierten und ergebnisorientierten Facility Manager und Hausmeister, der über:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Facility Management, Betriebswirtschaft, Bauingenieurswesen oder technische Ausbildung mit Meisterabschluss z. B. Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im Facility Management (Instandhaltung, Sanierung, Umbau, usw.)
- Sehr gute Organisations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit in Verbindung mit einer strukturierten und selbstständigen Arbeitsweise
- Engagiertes und ergebnisorientiertes Handeln, hohes Qualitäts- und Kostenbewusstsein
- Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit im Umgang mit sich schnell ändernden Anforderungen
- Sehr gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Versierter Umgang mit MS-Office-Produkten
- Führerschein Klasse BE
