Program Development Manager

The Program Development Manager plays a crucial role in designing and implementing programs for children, ensuring a fun and engaging experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop educational programs and activities for children
  • Collaborate with the program coordinator to achieve program goals
  • Maintain positive relationships with families, children, and team members
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree in childcare or equivalent qualification (preferably)
  • Experience working within an out-of-school hours care setting (preferable or long day care experience)
  • A positive attitude and ability to develop strong relationships
