About the Role

The Aftersales Manager plays a pivotal role in leading, mentoring, and motivating Service and Parts teams to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction, financial targets, and operational excellence while maintaining premium standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and inspire teams to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional excellence through regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and structured training programs.
  • Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for process optimization, upselling, and customer retention strategies.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan aligned with strategic objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and direction.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of leadership experience in automotive aftersales, strong financial management skills, and exceptional strategic thinking, planning, and execution abilities.
