Aftersales Leadership Role

The role of Aftersales Manager is critical in driving the Service and Parts departments to deliver exceptional customer experiences, meet sales targets, and uphold premium standards.

As a leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing an annual and quarterly business plan aligned to Glenelg BMW targets and JMG strategic direction.

This leadership position requires strong strategic thinking, disciplined process management, and a results-driven mindset to consistently achieve and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

You will lead, inspire, and develop Service and Parts teams to meet sales, customer satisfaction, and operational KPIs. You will also embed a culture of continuous improvement and professional excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a business plan aligned to Glenelg BMW targets and JMG strategic direction.
  • Translating KPIs into actionable departmental goals with clear timelines and accountability.
  • Analysing operational data to identify opportunities for efficiency, upsell, and customer retention.
  • Implementing process improvements to enhance workshop productivity, reduce parts obsolescence, and improve customer flow.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in automotive aftersales, preferably with luxury brands.
  • Strong financial and operational management capability.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, planning, and execution skills.
  • Ability to translate KPIs into actionable goals and measurable outcomes.
  • High-level customer service and relationship management skills.
  • BMW brand experience.
  • Familiarity with BMW systems.
  • Understanding of EV servicing and emerging mobility trends.
