    One of our clients is seeking an experienced Team Lead to work closely with Manufacturing Project Managers and lead a small team of Electrical Technicians in delivering high-quality projects.

    In this role, you will be responsible for setting up jobs for the workshop floor, guiding your team in the construction and testing of electrical panels and low voltage (LV) distribution boards, and bringing projects through to successful completion. You will take ownership of the team's performance, ensuring targets for schedule, quality, resources, and budget are consistently met.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead and mentor a small team of Electrical Technicians.
    • Collaborate with Project Managers to prepare and schedule workshop jobs.
    • Oversee the construction, testing, and delivery of electrical panels and LV distribution boards.
    • Ensure technical compliance and quality standards are maintained.
    • Manage resources effectively to meet project deadlines and budgets.

    About You
    • Hold an Australian Electrical Licence (A-Class advantageous).
    • Demonstrated experience in panel manufacturing and testing of LV distribution boards.
    • Proven leadership and team management skills.
    • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
    • Current unrestricted Australian work rights.
