Clinical Nurse for ARF and RHD Strategy Implementation

Congress, the largest Aboriginal community-controlled health organisation in the Northern Territory, seeks a Clinical Nurse to support our efforts in implementing strategies for Autoimmune Haemolytic Anaemia (ARF) and Rheumatic Heart Disease (RHD) that are culturally responsive, evidence-based, and sustainable.
About the RoleThis position will be responsible for embedding standardised processes for ARF/RHD management, including staff training, prevention activities, clinical care, and care coordination of individuals living with these conditions. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to increase workforce capacity and contribute to the development of effective ARF/RHD strategies.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary range of $103,759 – $110,838 per annum, plus district allowance, superannuation, leave loading, and estimated tax savings from salary packaging options. Our comprehensive benefits also include six weeks' annual leave, generous salary packaging, access to Congress health services at no cost, relocation assistance where applicable, and a strong commitment to professional development.
