**About the Role**
The Clinical Nurse will play a key role in Central Australian Aboriginal Congress's efforts to improve health outcomes for Aboriginal people. This position is part of a broader strategy to increase workforce capacity and implement evidence-based approaches to ARF and RHD management.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Embedding standardized processes for ARF/RHD management, including staff training, prevention activities, clinical care, and care coordination
- Supporting the development and implementation of culturally responsive, evidence-based strategies to address ARF and RHD
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of healthcare services to Aboriginal people living in and around Alice Springs
- Providing clinical leadership and expertise to support the development of sustainable healthcare solutions

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in nursing or a related field

- Commitment to working with Aboriginal communities and understanding of cultural safety principles
