A seasoned professional is sought to join our national Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month contract.

About This Role

Seeking a skilled consultant to work closely with hiring managers across various Service Line teams, understanding their hiring needs and taking ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ownership of end-to-end recruitment for a broad range of positions, including job advertisement creation, candidate screening, interview scheduling, offers, and pre-employment checks.
  • Developing a deep understanding of our employer brand, EVP, and employee benefits to effectively communicate Grant Thornton's point of difference with potential candidates.
  • Collaboration with the People and Culture team and senior stakeholders to understand changing business needs and identify talent requirements.
  • Providing exceptional candidate care by managing engagement with potential candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated success in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably in a large corporate environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and drive own outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and managing talent pools.
  • Proven influencing and stakeholder management exposure.
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills.
  • Sense of humour – we enjoy our work and take it seriously, but we keep things in perspective.
  • Experience in using applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday Recruitment.
