Job Title: Digital Content Creator

We are seeking a talented Digital Content Creator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that engage and inspire our audience.

Your primary focus will be on creating high-quality, engaging content that showcases our brand's unique style and values. This includes crafting compelling copy, designing visually appealing graphics, and collaborating with influencers to amplify our reach.

  • Develop and implement social media strategy across channels, identifying opportunities and suggested content requirements.
  • Create and curate engaging social media content, including copywriting and impactful assets.
  • Work with the marketing management team to execute influencer strategy, leveraging existing relationships and developing new ones nationally and internationally.
  • Utilise in-app metrics, Google Analytics and website metrics to measure and report on performance of organic digital marketing and social media channels.
Requirements
  • 1+ years experience in an organic social media-related role with demonstrable results.
  • Creative experience in creating highly engaging content suitable for specific target audiences.
  • Experience working with the Adobe suite, scheduling tools and video editing skills essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail, keen eye for visual and creative details, and accuracy.
  • A passion to deliver excellent community management and rapid response.
  • Highly organised, strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships.
  • A deep understanding of the digital and social media landscape, and the ability to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Ability to think on a global scale, considering domestic and international consumers.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and stay calm under pressure.
