TikTok Content Creator
to help us connect with even more students through fun, engaging short-form video.

We're looking for a creative
TikTok Content Creator
to produce engaging short-form video content aimed at Australian Year 11 and Year 12 students. You'll be responsible for creating fun, relatable, and impactful videos (30–50 seconds each) that capture attention and inspire students to take action.

What You'll Do:

  • Create
    5 TikTok videos per week
    (30–50 seconds each) targeting senior high school students.
  • Align content with our brand tone: relatable, motivational, and student-focused.
  • Stay on top of TikTok trends and adapt them for our niche.
  • Collaborate with our team to refine messaging and maximise engagement.
  • Optimise videos for
    lead generation
    and audience growth.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience creating short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
  • Strong understanding of TikTok culture and trending sounds.
  • Ability to connect with Gen Z audiences in a genuine and engaging way.
  • Reliable, consistent, and able to meet weekly deadlines.
  • Bonus: experience in education, tutoring, or student communities.

Compensation:


Base weekly pay for 5 videos, plus uncapped performance bonuses linked to content results and lead generation.


High-performing creators can significantly increase earnings through bonus structures.
