Social Media Specialist Position

We are seeking a skilled social media specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This role involves developing and implementing social media strategies across channels, identifying opportunities and content requirements.

  • Develop and implement social media strategies across channels, identifying opportunities and content requirements.
  • Plan, shoot, curate, and publish engaging social media content daily across relevant channels.
  • Work closely with the marketing management team to execute influencer strategies, leveraging existing relationships and developing new ones nationally and internationally.
  • Utilise in-app metrics, Google Analytics, and website metrics to measure and report on performance of all organic digital marketing and social media channels.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social media strategies across channels, identifying opportunities and content requirements.
  • Plan, shoot, curate, and publish engaging social media content daily across relevant channels.
  • Work closely with the marketing management team to execute influencer strategies, leveraging existing relationships and developing new ones nationally and internationally.
  • Utilise in-app metrics, Google Analytics, and website metrics to measure and report on performance of all organic digital marketing and social media channels.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Have 1+ years of experience in an organic social media-related role with demonstrable results.
  • Be creative and have extensive experience in creating highly engaging content suitable for specific target audiences.
  • Have experience working with the Adobe suite, scheduling tools, and video editing skills.
  • Have excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual and creative details.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude, able to multi-task, prioritise, and stay calm under pressure.
