The Role

As an IT professional you will collaborate directly with end users and business teams to design and deliver smart, scalable solutions that enhance productivity and simplify everyday tasks.

  • Provide desktop and end-user computing (EUC) support.
  • Resolve technical issues and manage ServiceNow tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service, translating technical solutions into clear, user-friendly language for non-technical audiences.
  • Partner with business units to identify friction points and co-create automation solutions that drive efficiency and value.

You'll build and maintain tools and workflows using M365, Azure, and custom code to support scalable, resilient systems. Deliver intuitive, user-friendly systems that solve real problems for real people, with a focus on usability and impact.

Contribute to the stability and evolution of core workplace platforms, including M365, Intune, and identity services. Operate within Agile and ITIL-aligned environments to ensure reliable, scalable, and sustainable outcomes.
