Job Title: Senior Ledger Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Ledger Manager to join our finance team in Newcastle.

  • Manage accounts receivable processes, ensuring payment from customers.
  • Collect outstanding payments, reconcile accounts and deal directly with clients to conduct collection calls and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal partners, managers and teams to resolve issues and queries and perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
About the Role
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar credit control position.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with financial systems and accounting software.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to build trust and rapport with clients while working in a collaborative and inclusive environment.
