About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee our accounts receivable processes, taking ownership of their ledger and ensuring timely payment from customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage collections, account reconciliation, and client communication
  • Deal directly with clients to conduct collection calls and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with internal partners to resolve issues and queries
  • Perform ad hoc administrative duties as required
Your Skills and Experience:
  • A minimum 5 years' experience in credit control is essential
  • You will have strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Apxium and MYOB PM is preferred
  • You must be highly organised with attention to detail
  • You will have the ability to work independently and in a team environment
