In this dynamic sales position, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and success of our Independent network at the state level. As a specialist sales professional, you will be responsible for driving performance outcomes and growth for the Nutrien Independents network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in a high-performing, customer-focused sales team to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Support weekly sales-out campaigns, focusing on Independent benefits and profit opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with allocated Independents, addressing their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Drive the uptake of Nutrien's Proprietary range through forecast and pre-delivery periods.
  • Contribute to delivering customer growth year-over-year.
  • Collaborate with the wider Independent Team to resolve issues and improve processes.
