Asset Data Management Specialist

The role of Asset Data Management Specialist involves the collection and recording of asset data, undertaking asset condition assessments, and maintaining existing site maps with updated information. This includes identifying and recording asset defects, prioritizing corrective actions based on risk and type of asset, and generating reporting as required.
Key Responsibilities:- Collecting and recording asset data and undertaking asset condition assessments.
- Locating and identifying make/model/serial number of requested assets.
- Updating and maintaining existing site maps with any new or amended information relating to asset details/condition.
- Identifying and recording any asset defects, prioritizing corrective actions based on risk and type of asset.
- Generating reporting as required, meeting specified timeframes and quality standards.
- Previous experience or knowledge of trades and facilities would be beneficial but not essential.
- High level of data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings/plans is highly regarded.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality customer service and communication.
