Holistic Carer Respite Specialist

The role involves providing holistic family inclusive carer respite across the region.
About the Role:- Meeting with carers and conducting assessments to determine needs.
- Providing carer respite that is tailored to individual requirements.
- Coordinating events and group facilitation to support participants and their families.
- Advocating for others and building appropriate support networks.
- Documenting all interactions accurately and in a timely manner.
Typically, program hours are between 8:30am and 5:00pm, with flexibility to work during extended hours if required.
