Support Worker/Carer Role

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to fill the role of Support Workers/Caregivers. As a Support Worker/Carer, you will be working closely with our clients, providing them with the support and care they need to live independently.

  • About You: To excel in this position, you should pride yourself on delivering high-quality customer service, possess excellent communication skills, and be enthusiastic about making a difference in people's lives.
  • Your Responsibilities: As a Support Worker/Carer, you will be responsible for assisting clients with daily tasks such as showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, monitoring medication, shopping, preparing meals, housekeeping, respite care, social support, and transporting clients to appointments.
  • Requirements: To be eligible for this role, you will need to hold a Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community), possess a current First Aid and CPR certificate, and have a National Police Clearance Certificate. Additionally, you will need a reliable vehicle and comprehensive insurance.
