This skilled expert collaborates closely with the sales team to support the sales process by providing in-depth knowledge and solutions to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities- Work alongside the sales team to understand customer requirements and business objectives.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients.
- Develop solution architecture designs and ensure product compatibility with client infrastructure.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to convey client feedback and requirements.
- Support the transition from pre-sales to post-sales by assisting with implementation and deployment as needed.
- Previous experience in a presales engineer or similar position.
- Relevant certifications in infrastructure and/or networking.
- Extensive experience in infrastructure (Dell/HPE) and networking (Juniper/Aruba/Fortinet).
- Hands-on experience with product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and solution architecture design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering customer-focused solutions.
