What You'll Do?

The Presales Engineer acts as a technical expert, collaborating closely with the sales team to support the sales process by providing technical solutions and knowledge. Responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, preparing proposals, delivering demonstrations, addressing technical inquiries, and creating customized solutions aligned with client needs. The role is vital in building customer confidence and ensuring solutions meet technical and business objectives. The Presales Engineer may also assist in implementation and provide feedback to product teams.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and objectives.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
  • Design solution architecture ensuring compatibility with client infrastructure.
  • Communicate client feedback to internal departments.
  • Support transition from pre-sales to post-sales, assisting with implementation as needed.

What You'll Bring?

  • Experience in a Presales Engineer or similar role.
  • Relevant certifications in infrastructure and/or networking.
  • Extensive experience with infrastructure (Dell / HPE) and networking (Juniper / Aruba / Fortinet).
  • Hands-on experience with product demos, proofs of concept, and solution design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Problem-solving skills focused on customer solutions.

What Else Do You Need to Apply?

  • Willingness to travel to our Banyo office and client sites.
  • Australian residency and ability to work full-time without restrictions.
