Curis Recruitment is partnering with a leading health service to find a skilled Nurse Clinical Specialist for their Community, CAT, or Remote Mental Health Teams.
- Contract duration: 3-6 months
- Hourly rate: $79.00 plus 11.5% superannuation
- Positions available in Remote, CAT, and Community teams
- Community and Remote role: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm, with no on-call or overtime requirements
- CAT role: Rostered shifts across 7am to 11.30pm
- Subsidized housing and fully furnished housing provided
- Return travel provided
The Community Mental Health Team provides longer-term treatment for at-risk adults with serious mental illness and associated disability. The team is a multi-disciplinary team of nurses, allied health professionals, and an Aboriginal Health Practitioner, with a dedicated full-time Consultant Psychiatrist and a dedicated Psychiatric Registrar.
Key Responsibilities- Provide mental health services to clients in the Community, CAT, or Remote teams
- Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and provide interventions to clients with serious mental illness
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of team goals and objectives
- Current AHPRA registration with no restrictions
- Experience in the relevant field of Mental Health Nursing (e.g., community or CAT teams)
- Recognized qualifications in Mental Health Nursing
