About the Opportunity

This is a dynamic and fulfilling role for an experienced Pharmacist who is passionate about leading pharmacy operations, professional services, and medication supply to cater to the needs of patients and customers.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, capable of managing and guiding a team in accordance with legislative and medication safety guidelines. They should also possess high level computer literacy including systems knowledge of dispensing software.

  • Lead pharmacy operations, professional services, and medication supply to meet the needs of valued patients and customers.
  • Mentor and develop staff skills, guiding them through onboarding and induction processes for new team members.
  • Provide direction for the Pharmacy team while cultivating a positive culture that empowers everyone to excel.
Your Background
  • Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA required.
  • Strong leadership skills, capable of managing and leading a team in accordance with legislative and medication safety guidelines.
  • High level of computer literacy including systems knowledge of dispensing software.
  • Previous experience in a community pharmacy setting is highly regarded but not essential.
