Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance activities.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment history.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance personnel.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in maintenance planning and scheduling in a mineral processing environment.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- High level of analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SAP and other maintenance management software.
