Job Summary

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience across various touchpoints;
  • Welcome new and existing customers into our showrooms and provide them with a unique shopping experience;
  • Actively promoting Ausreo's products to generate sales and drive business growth;
  • Merchandising and stock replenishment to ensure optimal product availability;
  • Process sale orders, generate quotations, engage with e-commerce, and social media platforms;
  • Service Centre and office management, including troubleshooting and resolving enquiries via phone and email;
  • Stock control in the warehouse and coordinating production with factory staff;
  • Coordinating logistics, including transport and deliveries, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products;
  • Effectively communicating with all stakeholders and dealing with difficult customers in a professional manner;
  • General administration duties, including maintaining accurate records and reports.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and suppliers;
  • Previous experience in a retail, hardware, or trade type environment, preferably with steel industry experience;
  • Face-to-face selling and entrepreneurial spirit, with a strong focus on generating sales and driving business growth;
  • Highly organised, with great multi-tasking and attention to detail skills, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong computer skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and software;
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment, while also working independently when required;
  • Good ability to work under pressure, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and achieving targets;
  • Demonstrated driver's license essential for travel between sites.
