Key Responsibilities of this Role

Service Design and Transition
  • Undertake service design activities to ensure new and changed services are robust and supportable.
  • Assist in defining project milestones, phases, and elements.
  • Provide advice on achieving operational readiness.

Skills required for this role include demonstrated experience working in an operational environment through ICT management frameworks like ITIL, SIAM. Experience in Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services is preferred.
