About this Role

  • As a Job Coach, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future for individuals seeking sustainable employment.
  • Your key responsibilities include leading the design and execution of tailored employment pathway plans, ensuring quality and compliance-driven outcomes adhere to government contract requirements, supporting job seekers to develop confidence and build skills to re-enter the workforce, helping employers find the right person for the job through reverse marketing and cold calling, building strong relationships with key stakeholders through proactive communication, providing education on employment barriers and community stigmas to all stakeholders, and providing post-placement support to job seekers and employers.

This role requires close collaboration within the team to deliver excellence in employment outcomes and involves interacting with people across all stages of the employment placement journey.

Skill Requirements

  • Employment coaching experience is required, preferably in the context of government contracts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • You should have the ability to work effectively in a team environment and possess strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with employment barriers and community stigmas is beneficial.
