Job Description:

Empower People with Disability

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Job Coach to join our team in Footscray and North Western Suburbs. As a Job Coach, you will play a vital role in guiding our clients towards job readiness and enabling opportunities for employment once they are ready for work.

The ideal candidate will have experience in disability, community services, employment services or a related field, and possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. They will be able to think outside the box, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and broker work-integrated learning job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and develop individualised plans to support clients' employment goals
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to clients to achieve their employment objectives
  • Build relationships with local employers to secure tailored job opportunities for clients
  • Support clients and employers to build solid foundations during the employment phase

Requirements:

  • Minimum Certificate IV in disability, community services, employment services or a related field
  • International Police Check (if required)
  • Working with Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Current driver's licence to drive in Australia
