Job Opportunity: Home Care & NDIS Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their homes.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from children to older adults, and to make a meaningful difference in their lives.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide occupational therapy services to clients in their homes, including goal setting, education, and support
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of new programs and initiatives
Requirements:
  • AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
  • Current National Police Check and Working with Vulnerable Peoples Check
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Full working rights
