The Senior Occupational Therapist's roles and responsibilities will include:Conducting initial assessment and ongoing intervention to NDIS and Home Care Package participants in clinic or at the participant's home, for participants across the lifespan and including complex cases.Mentoring of junior Occupational Therapist, including review of reports.Assistive equipment prescription and minor home modification recommendations.
(Experience and knowledge in major home modifications is an advantage).
Provide quality clinical opinions and justification through comprehensive report writing and completing functional capacity assessments.Liaising with service providers and within the team to ensure effective communication.What we offer:Attractive remuneration with additional performance and service quality incentives.

Excellent platform to learn, explore and to work closely with other allied health professionals such as Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists, Speech Pathologists, Dietitians, Podiatrists and Massage Therapists.Working together with an experienced team and supportive staff.Full administrative support including reception, billings, appointment bookings, SMS reminders and cloud practice management software.Ongoing clinical training, mentoring, structured in-services, professional development funding, career progression and opportunities to be part of the Leadership Team.Travel ReimbursementAbout you:Minimum 3 years' experience as an Occupational Therapist.Organised and flexible team player who is willing to adapt, learn and improve.Coachable and open to feedback.Strong ability to maintain strong working relationships with patients and referrers.Excellent interpersonal, communication and report writing skills (documentation, correspondences, reports).
