Job Title:

Multi-skilled Engineer


Description:

We are seeking a skilled and versatile engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and improving our production machinery and systems to ensure optimal operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of production equipment and machinery.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve equipment faults in a timely manner.
  • Perform upgrades and installations of new machinery and systems.
  • Work closely with production teams to identify areas for improvement and increased efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and machine performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background from a production environment, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

We require a qualified engineer with a relevant mechanical or electrical qualification (e.g., HNC, HND, or equivalent) and proven experience in a similar engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
