Clinical Nurse Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team in a newly created role. As a key member of our Oncology portfolio, you will play a vital part in ensuring Clinicians, Nurses, and Pharmacists have access to the latest clinical information and disease state awareness to optimize treatment outcomes for patients on their Oncology treatment journey.
Key Responsibilities- Educate Healthcare professionals on Oncology therapeutic areas, developing and delivering educational content that addresses unmet medical needs.
- Partner with Nurses and Clinicians to ensure optimal patient care, collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop best-practice processes.
- Maintain up-to-date disease state knowledge, staying current with the latest research and developments in Oncology.
- Develop and implement educational programs that drive positive patient outcomes, working closely with global stakeholders to devise best-practice processes.
- Registered Nurse experience, with a strong background in Oncology.
- Superior communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Motivation to drive positive patient outcomes, with a customer-centric approach and a 'can-do' attitude.
- Agile and flexible approach, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
