Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce OmniStudio QA Engineer with exceptional technical expertise. The successful candidate will have a proven background in manual and automation testing within Salesforce environments, with specific experience in OmniStudio and proficiency in testing automation using Selenium with Java.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive manual and automation testing for Salesforce applications to ensure quality and functionality align with project requirements.
  • Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and plans for Salesforce OmniStudio, including Data Rapters, Flex Cards, and Integration.
  • Utilize Selenium with Java for Salesforce automation testing, ensuring high test coverage and efficiency.
  • Work with automation tools such as Provar, TOSCA, or similar, as required.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify testing requirements and troubleshoot issues.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Document testing procedures, issues, and resolutions, maintaining a high level of QA documentation accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise: 5-8 years of Salesforce QA experience with a minimum of 3 years in manual testing.
  • OmniStudio Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio components.
  • Automation Proficiency: Proficiency in Selenium with Java; familiarity with additional tools like Provar or TOSCA is advantageous.
  • Agile Methodologies: Solid understanding of Agile practices and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
