Transformation Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Manager in Digital Banking Solutions. This role involves working closely with clients to drive innovation and deliver client-centric solutions.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving banking transformations, with experience in complex projects including solution design, solution architecture, and technical business analysis. They will also possess expertise in core technology modernisation, customer onboarding, lending transformation, payment, and cards management.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the development and implementation of digital banking solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior executives and influencers to promote Deloitte's services and offerings.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of solid and demonstrable experience in driving banking transformations.
- Strong experience in complex projects in one or more of the following capacities: solution designer, solution architect, technical business analyst.
- Strong experience in one or more of the following areas: core technology modernisation, customer onboarding, lending transformation, payment, and cards management (NPP, BPAY, DD, APN).
- 8 years experience in a client-facing/advisory role in a Consulting environment.
