Customer Service Representative

The role involves working as a liaison between our team and airline crews, ensuring seamless service delivery. This includes coordinating with cabin crew for aircraft servicing and handovers.

Your key responsibilities will include safe airside driving, basic vehicle checks, loading and unloading airline equipment such as carts and ovens, guiding and positioning trucks in line with company policies, and administrative documentation and reporting duties as required.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum of a MR Truck licence (HR driver's license preferred).
  • Ability to perform frequent manual handling tasks.
  • Ability to work various shifts across a 7-day roster.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
