About the Job

We are recruiting for an Airport Operations Coordinator based in Perth, Australia. In this role you will deliver exceptional service at the airport, ensuring a seamless travel experience for passengers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing top-notch customer service at all touch points
  • Maintaining liaison with Check-in, Boarding Gate, Ramp, Cargo, and Lounge teams
  • Supervising service partners to ensure smooth passenger handling
  • Directing arriving/departing passengers to respective areas
  • Checking entry requirements (visas, residence permits) are met
  • Coordinating with Cargo, Fueling company, Baggage Make up Area, aircraft loading team, and catering suppliers for efficient turnaround
  • Handling of company mail and documents
  • Performing pre- and post-flight administration duties
  • Resolving baggage claims efficiently
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations
  • Meeting on-time performance standards

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school qualification combined with a minimum of two years' experience in a similar customer-facing role within the airport environment
  • In-depth knowledge of airport functions, including passenger and baggage handling, weight and balance, and dangerous goods regulations
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
  • The right to live and work in Australia is essential
