  • Business Development: Identify and explore new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships, fostering relationships with key stakeholders and leading the company's expansion efforts.
  • Human Resources Management: Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of the management team and staff, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture that supports high levels of employee engagement and retention.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to the business, including financial, operational, and reputational risks, developing and implementing risk management strategies to safeguard the company's assets and reputation.
Requirements:
  • MBADegree or at least 10 years in global business development
  • Technology expertise: Proficiency in leveraging technology to enhance operations and deliver value to clients
  • Global perspective: Ability to operate in a global business environment managing diverse teams
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • High level of financial acumen and business insight
  • Hebrew an advantage

Expected Salary: $180,000 - $200,000 per year

Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday, with flexible hours

More than 4 years of relevant work experience required for this role
