About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in their community. As an Electoral Process Specialist, you will work closely with the Returning Officer and other team members to ensure the smooth execution of the electoral process.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also be required to undergo paid in-person training prior to the election day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that electoral procedures are adhered to
  • Supervise staff at polling locations
  • Manage personnel, election resources, and polling places
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in a similar role or industry
