System Framework Coordinator

The System Framework Coordinator will oversee the development and implementation of a system framework, ensuring that it aligns with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. This role is responsible for managing waivers and type approvals, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining system framework documentation, including standards, procedures, and templates;
  • Overseeing system framework coverage across all phases of project lifecycles;
  • Managing waiver and type approval processes to ensure alignment with safety and regulatory requirements;
  • Collaborating with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure waiver and type approval requirements are met;
  • Supporting risk mitigation activities by working closely with safety teams to ensure risks are controlled SFAIRP;
  • Contributing to organizational standards, policies, and process development and continuous improvement;
  • Preparing reports on waiver and type approval activities highlighting trends, risks, and compliance performance;
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation, including waiver requests, type approval submissions, risk assessments, and regulator correspondence;
  • Conducting audits and reviews to ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible;

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
  • A strong background in engineering, operations, or safety assurance;
  • Proven experience managing waiver and type approval processes in a regulated environment;
  • Solid understanding of technical standards, safety assurance, and regulatory frameworks;
