Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're seeking an experienced talent acquisition specialist to drive our recruitment strategy.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about finding and attracting top talent.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in talent acquisition, with a strong understanding of best-practice recruitment strategies.

You'll be responsible for developing and implementing a recruitment strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.

This includes identifying and filling key positions across the organization, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

In addition, you'll be responsible for staying up-to-date on industry trends and insights, and using this knowledge to inform your recruitment approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Identify and fill key positions across the organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including hiring managers and other recruiters.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and insights, and use this knowledge to inform recruitment approach.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
  • Strong knowledge of best-practice recruitment strategies.
  • A confident coach and influencer with a passion for inclusive hiring.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
  • Digitally savvy, with an interest in leveraging technology and AI for better hiring.
  • A mindset for continuous improvement and innovation.

Based at our Melbourne office, with a 3/2 hybrid working model and free parking.
